Ensure safety around you
- When dancing or moving around using VR equipment, make sure you have enough space around you and be careful not to trip over cables.
Adequate breaks and hydration
- If you are experiencing VR for a long time or dancing vigorously, take regular breaks and hydrate.
What to do if you feel unwell
- If you feel dizzy or nauseous, do not push yourself and take a break immediately, and leave the event temporarily depending on the situation.

Lighting at this event is controlled using DMX signals, and strong light such as flashlights may be emitted depending on the situation. If you are not feeling well, take a break immediately.

By participating in KEMO CLUB, participants agree that their voice, avatar, user name, etc. within KEMO CLUB may be

taken (screenshots)
recorded (saved)
distributed (streamed)
made public

by VR JMoF/KEMO CLUB staff and other participants.

In addition, this event cannot be held responsible for any trouble caused by participants publishing images/videos.

Images taken by KEMO CLUB staff may be used and published for purposes such as creating materials and announcements.

Prohibited acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited within the instance used for this event.

Any actions that would be considered a nuisance to other participants (loud noises, excessive lighting, large amounts of particle emissions, etc.)
Any form of harassment to other participants (whether physical, verbal, or sexual)
Use of avatars that are considered inappropriate e.g. sexually explicit avatars
Use of avatars that you are not the copyright holder of and have not obtained permission to use on each VR platform (such as derivative avatars that have not been approved by the copyright holder)
