This year, we are once again looking for avatars and posters that you have created to be exhibited in the VR JMoF World!

Why not liven up this place, where furry lovers from all over the world gather, by decorating it with posters introducing your furry avatars and furry events/VR gatherings?

Avatar Submission

We are looking for avatars for participants to try on and exhibit in the VR JMoF World. Please use it as a place to promote your own avatars and show off your avatar gimmicks.

Application period Wednesday, December 4, 2024 - Tuesday, December 31, 2024

Exhibition period (planned) Sunday, January 5, 2025 - Saturday, March 1, 2024

*You can continue to exhibit your avatar for the time being even after the exhibition period ends. Please see the application form for details.

Application regulations

• As a general rule, only avatars with a "furry" theme can be submitted. (Examples: beastmen, animals, dragons, mythical beasts, etc.)

Up to 5 avatars can be submitted per person/group.

• Only avatars for which you own the copyright can be submitted.
• If you use assets for which you do not own the copyright, please follow the individual terms of use.
• Avatars that violate the VR JMoF participation terms and conditions or the terms of use and guidelines of each VR platform cannot be submitted.
• Avatar data for VRChat will be transferred by notification of the blueprint ID. Please upload your avatar in advance and obtain a blueprint ID.

• Avatars that violate the application regulations or are otherwise deemed inappropriate for exhibition at the VR JMoF venue may be refused for exhibition.
• If you make any significant changes to the appearance after submission or cancel your submission, please contact us via the inquiry form or a text message on Discord. If the changes are minor, there is no need to contact us.

Poster Submission

We are looking for promotional poster images to be exhibited in the VR JMoF world. Please use them for a wide range of purposes, such as event announcements and advertising avatars for sale.

Application Guidelines

The poster image you submit should be in PNG format (10 MB or less) with a vertical resolution of 2,480 px and a horizontal resolution of 1,748 px. The theme (subject) of the poster should be related to either "Kemono" or "VR". You may only submit posters for which you own the copyright. You may not submit posters that violate the VR JMoF participation terms or the terms of use or guidelines of each VR platform. When advertising products or events, please refrain from listing prices on the poster. You may only submit one poster per person/group.

• We may refuse to exhibit posters that violate the application guidelines or that are deemed inappropriate for exhibition at the VR JMoF venue.

• Poster images will be optimized for exhibition. Please note that small text and images may be difficult to read.
